We ask that you possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to shift priorities quickly, show initiative and work autonomously
Independent and able to navigate through internal processes with meticulous attention to detail
Amazon or any eCommerce related background
Willing to work on graveyard shift/night shift
Intermediate knowledge of G Suite and Google Applications (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 5 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection (LTE, USB sticks and pocket WiFi devices DO NOT qualify for a primary connection however you are expected to have any of these for backup connection purposes)
Desktop or laptop computer (4th generation or higher); at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor; at least 4GB RAM; and Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX operating system
Headset with extended microphone, Noise canceling headset is preferred
High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
