The end goal is to be in the constant search of decreasing the shipping times while maintaining or lowering the costs of all orders. All of these, making sure the goods arrive in perfect conditions and on time if not earlier.
We are looking for someone experienced in the fulfillment industry - a self-starter, someone with a keen eye for process improvements, eager to learn more and up for career growth.
Job Summary:
The Amazon Ads Manager will manage all paid search campaigns on Amazon, Google, and Facebook, as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful Amazon Ads Manager will effectively manage the paid search budget to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the following:
Amazon Marketing and Amazon Ads
Adwords. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns, and other promotional strategies.
Keywords Tagging. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Optimization. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Manage and maintain ads on Amazon, Google, and social media platforms such as Facebook for existing and new product launches.
Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
Performs ad-related tasks advised by the immediate supervisor
General store optimization: Manage storefront and create compelling product listings (not only manage keywords and ads)
Should be able to assist in uploading new products to our store.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with logistics team to ensure an adequate stock of products, preventing stockouts or excess inventory.
Pricing and Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market research, competition analysis, and business objectives. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement (for example for Amazon Prime Days).
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer reviews, and seller feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
SEO and Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for search engines within the Amazon marketplace. Improve product visibility through effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
Customer Service and Feedback: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback. Address customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences. Conduct regular analysis of competitor strategies, pricing, promotions, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Performance Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve product rankings, conversion rates, and sales performance. Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, customer experience, and overall store performance.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recent experience and success managing PPC campaigns primarily on Amazon, and in Google and social media channels.
Experience in AdWords, keyword, tagging and inventory.
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM/PPC reports.
BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
Good English communications, both written and verbal
Must have a go-getter attitude and can work independently.
Must be amenable to work on Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM HKT work schedule
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 mbps bandwidth
Must have backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
