Job Title: Admin Assistant
Job Overview:
As a Data Entry/Admin Assistant at Amazon, you will be an integral part of our administrative support team, contributing to the efficient operation of the office through accurate data entry and administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
Data Entry on Excel worksheets, preparing shipping documents in the company program.
Assisting the client in daily tasks.
Quickbooks, Excel, Amazon seller central, nine-yard, shipstation
Data Entry:
Accurately input data into various databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure information integrity.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate parties as needed.
Shipping Operations:
Generate shipping labels and documentation using the warehouse management system.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to relay information and resolve inquiries.
Draft and proofread routine emails, correspondence, and reports.
Task Coordination:
Assist in coordinating tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Office Operations:
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace.
Assist in coordinating office logistics, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting rooms, set up audio-visual equipment, and assist in organizing meetings and conferences.
Compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing administrative support for Amazon stores.
Proficient in Quickbooks, Amazon Seller Central, Microsoft Excel, Nine-yard, Shipstation, and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
