Job Description
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble truck components, including frames, bodies, cabs, and accessories.
Measure and cut metal materials using cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Weld metal components together using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to create strong and durable joints.
Perform grinding, sanding, and finishing operations to smooth welds and remove sharp edges, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Aluminum Fabricator
Knowledgeable in Bending and shaping of Aluminum pipework.
Knowledgeable and with experience in TIG welding
With experience in Electric and Pneumatic hand tools for manual cutting, dressing and clean-up of Alloy Materials.
Proficient in various welding application including ARC, MIG, Wire feed and etc.
Semi-automatic welding is essential
