Description
Knowledgeable in general bldg & facilities maintenance specifically but not limited in compressors pneumatic line and refrigerated chillers but should be in general maintenance specializes in compressor / pneumatic air line / refrigerated chillers preferred, Electrical & mechanical. Adept in preparation of all types of maintenance reports and preventive maintenance records for fire fighting equipment, FDAS & Stand pipe system.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, clearing, mopping etc.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Do garden/yard upkeep by trimming plants & collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation, compressors)
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. FDAS, fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers)
Collaborate with Business Unit managers and other concerned personnel during renovations
Report to Admin/HR Manager or production maintenance for issues and projects
Requirements
Proven experience as All around maintenance (Electrical,mechanical, electronics repair and assembly or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
