Position Summary:
The Recruiting Sourcing Manager's primary function is to increase and produce significant applicant flow to exceed operational needs. Working collaboratively with Operations, this position will understand staffing needs and proactively find innovative methods of sourcing candidates. Position represents arvato favorably in the community and is the caretaker of the arvato brand.Incumbent is familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures, and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors.Discretion is required.
Overall Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of sourcing specialists and promodizers
Develops community contacts and sourcing verticals to ensure continuous and steady flow of candidates to meet operational openings.
Possesses and maintains steady book of sourcing channels to secure strong recruitment pool.
Maintains strong presence in the community with face to face contact with community leaders, business owners and Majorel partners.
Energizes internal and external sourcing sources.Driving campaigns that supply ample talent to fill job openings
Establishes and maintains contact with internal customers,Operations/Business Units Owners to ensure hiring needs and concerns are addressed
Sources candidates with cultural fit and retention in mind
In conjunction with Social Media Strategist, understands social media and can drive successful campgaigns
Assists with managing campaigns giving Majorel excellent positioning in social media communities and cyberspace.
Ensures internal and external branding/marketing complies with company directives.
Functions as caretaker of brand and reputation of Majorel as employer of choice in marketplace
Attends job fairs, eventsand community functions for candidate generation, exposure and public relations
Ambassador to the community, creating value proposition finding, defining and selling the value added benefits of working for Majorel.
Develops innovative solutions and implements same.
Prepares daily time and activity reports to track efforts and results.
Creates, maintains and updates contact file with complete and accurate information for immediate access and response.
Creates, maintains and enhances community employee benefits and perks.
Screens and schedules candidates, who apply through company website, walk in traffic or sourcing efforts.Screening is done by telephone and live face-to-face interview as required.
Provides Input to staffing forecasts.
Plans daily, weekly and monthly activities to reach objectives and goals.
Assists Talent Acquisition Specialist as required and time permits.
Assists Marketing with overall company branding
Assists with Employee Engagement Activities as required and time allows
Job Requirements:
Related degree in Marketing or Advertising
Provide track record in successful sourcing strategies and initiatives
Knowledge of photoshop or other design tools helpful
Strong understanding and skill in social media sourcing, management of communities, branding techniques
Builds extraordinary relationships with internal and external customers
Makes sound decisions, often under pressure or within tight time constraints.
Excellent speaking, listening and written communication skill
Strong knowledge of local community to understand demographics and targeted souring areas.
Well-developed book of business for sourcing channels.
Presents well and builds effective relationships with candidates and co-workers
High sense of urgency.
Sales orientation to find and sell the benefits of working for Majorel

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee requires mobility, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols as well as hand/eye coordination. The employee regularly sits for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee regularly uses office equipment such as multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, copy machine, calculator. Employee will regularly use a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
