-Oversee the design and construction of commercial, industrial, and residential building projects.
-Create the initial project design, prepare budgets, and oversee the construction process.
-Oversee and approve the plans, specifications, and estimates for the project.
- Develops the blueprints for construction, working in collaboration with the engineers and contractors.
-Ensures that the project complies with the building code and other regulatory requirements.
-Responsible for collaborating with the engineers and contractors to ensure that the project is being implemented on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
