Qualifications:
· Male/female, between 30 -40 years old
· Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing major or related course
· With 4 - 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least two years of experience of leading a regional sales team.
· With the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and creative in developing sales strategies
· Adept in seeking business opportunities
· Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
· Strong team management skills
· With excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
· Monitor closely nationwide sales performance
· Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
· Establish productive and professional relationships with the Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, groceries, wholesalers, etc.)
· Negotiate and come up with mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Motivate, mentor and coach team members to further develop their competencies
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
