AIRTABLE SPECIALIST (PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME)
 
About the Role:
 
We're looking for an experienced Airtable Specialist to help us build, manage, and optimize our CRM workflows. This is not just a basic user role - we're seeking someone with deep Airtable expertise who can set up automations, conditional logic, integrations, and complex workflows. You'll work closely with a U.S.-based company to ensure Airtable is fully customized to meet operational and CRM needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage advanced Airtable bases with linked tables, views, and permissions
Set up and maintain Airtable automations and third-party integrations (e.g. Zapier, Make, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Design scalable workflows tailored to business operations and CRM functions
Implement conditional logic, formulas, and custom fields
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
Provide guidance or training to team members as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience building and managing advanced Airtable setups
Strong understanding of Airtable automations, integrations, and formulas
Experience using tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat)
Ability to communicate clearly and work independently
CRM experience is a plus
