Customer Service: Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and building positive customer relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment, adjusting strategies based on foot traffic.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Professionalism: Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to company and airport standards.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ethical Conduct: Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethical conduct while interacting with customers.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
