Qualifications
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Airconditioning and Refrigeration systems such as HVACR-related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience
Must be good in Leadership skill
Ability to work independently without much supervision
Communication Skills (Ability to explain and be understood by others for non-technical persons for the service done)
Diagnostic skills for the electrical and mechanical defects malfunctions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to adjust to changing conditions
Attention to detail and safety
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Descriptions
Knowledge of air conditioning systems and components
Basically, knowing about System reprocessing
Install, inspect, repair, and maintenance duties on a wide variety of refrigeration equipment.
Respond quickly to an emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-work-hours calls even Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday.
Set up and assist equipment during turnover
Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, equipment servicing as well as preventive maintenance.
Willing to start ASAP.
Salary can be negotiated upon interview.
