AIRCON TECHNICIAN
 
Qualifications:
TESDA Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (DomRAC) NC II (minimum requirement)
Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units (split-type, window-type, and other HVAC systems)
Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in air conditioning systems
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to work in various environments
Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
Main Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues related to cooling efficiency, electrical faults, and mechanical failures.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and proper aircon maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.
