• Can install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning system and equipment.
• Able to identify maintenance risks on equipment and able to report immediately to assigned supervisor.
• Can clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Does emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensures compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Able to comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Flexible to different work assignments.
