JOB DESCRIPTION
+ should have at least 5 yrs exp in the field of facility management/ building maintenance
JOB QUALIFICATION
+ should have at least 5 yrs exp in the field of facility management/ building maintenance
+ this experience would include documented experience on centrifugal compressors, air handling and filtering systems
+ familiarity with computer control applications on HVAC systems, honeywell or allen badgley PLC experience 
+ must have short term course certificate on RAC
