Description
 Responsible to install, inspect, maintain, and repair the air conditioning.
 In-charge in the ventilation of equipment and making sure the equipment is operating efficiently and continuously.
 Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
 Diagnose the electrical and mechanical defects and malfunction; and recommends possible solution/repair for the damage or problematic equipment.
 Responsible in the adjustment and calibrations of thermostatic controls.
 Responsible in the installation of new air-conditioning system and equipment.
 Inspect and maintain the refrigerators, ice machines, and chilled water supply system.
 Regularly check the blowers, coils and tensions belts including the motors.
 Recommends plans and designs of the new air-conditioning systems including the installation and the maintenance.
 Assist the other maintenance staff in accomplishing maintenance task.
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
