AIRCON TECHNICIAN & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
 
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in industrial/commercial setting
Able to work without supervision
Fit to work & punctual
Willing to do field work and overtime when necessary
With driver's license
Experience with construction, electrical or plumbing is a plus
Job Description:
Install and repair aircon fixtures in commercial and residential buildings
Troubleshoot, clean, maintain and ensure that all aircon systems are in good working condition
Generator and solar power maintenance
Routine checking and making of job order or inspection records for all equipment
Identify and compute materials needed for purchase and pick up materials from suppliers
Report any issues, problems or deficiencies in aircon systems
Conduct preventive maintenance for aircon systems
Other general maintenance work such as clean up, fire safety inspection, plumbing repair etc.
Other tasks as instructed by management
