YOUR ROLE
To review and input correct charges before issuing invoices based on different criteria e.g. rate sheet/intercompany invoice and invoicing patterns involving our KN OPS and OMS customers with Export and Import shipments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To execute invoicing analysis and verification before sending out invoices to all K+N ASP local branch operations.
- To verify and acknowledge all Air Logistics intercompany invoices before month-month payment cycle cut-off and appropriately transfer cost charges using the set guidelines.
- To deliver day to day invoicing task requests involving Export and Import processes using BPA and RT.
- Communication with various internal parties (ASP - Export and Import operations)
- To be involved in identifying opportunities to improve the Invoicing process across the region.
- Collaborates with team lead for process improvement.
- Monitor performance and formulate action plans to achieve above targets on a daily or a monthly basis.
- Apply lean practices when doing or participating with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reports to Team Lead and Manager the results of assessment and initiates actions for improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Professional education or degree in business or supply chain
Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Strong Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MS Outlook, Excel
At least 2 years background in Finance-related job
Intermediate knowledge in SALOG system
Keen on details and adherence to process and procedures
Adherence to the Service Level Agreement set by the regions/global
