Our client is building the future of long-form YouTube storytelling - and they''re looking for AI-powered video editors who can turn text prompts into full cinematic experiences.You'll use advanced AI tools (which they''ll provide access to and cover costs for) to create complete 1-hour+ films using AI video, voice, music, and visual generation.If you've ever dreamed of directing entire movies from your laptop - this is your shot.Responsibilities
Create long-form AI films (1-2 hours) using scripts, story outlines, or creative prompts.
Leverage AI tools for video generation, animation, music scoring, and visual world-building.
Combine AI-generated visuals, sound, and dialogue into cohesive, cinematic narratives.
Apply pacing, transitions, and motion design for immersion and emotional rhythm.
Use licensed AI tools and stock resources responsibly (we'll provide access to platforms like Pika, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
Deliver high-quality exports via Google Drive and track workflow in

Full-time availability (-40 hours/week).
Ability to produce 1 high-quality AI movie every 1-2 weeks.
Strong storytelling instincts - you understand structure, pacing, and emotion.
Experience with AI tools for video, audio, or image generation.
Strong technical skills in at least one traditional video-editing suite.
Knowledge of YouTube content flow (retention, CTR, emotional beats).
Reliable communication and comfort working remotely in a fast-moving creative team.
Benefits
Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
