Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 70,000.00 - Php 80,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AI Engineer
Your Responsibilities as an AI Engineer would be:
Research and Development: Innovate by researching and developing new generative models, focusing on algorithms and methodologies that can enhance e-learning experiences.
Model Architecture: Design custom generative AI models tailored to educational content creation, including text, images, and multimedia resources.
Data Processing: Handle the preparation and preprocessing of diverse datasets, applying techniques to optimize model training for educational content generation.
Model Training and Optimization: Train AI models on extensive datasets, optimizing for content quality, relevance, and pedagogical value.
Hyperparameter Tuning: Adjust model hyperparameters to balance factors like learning speed, stability, and output diversity, especially in educational contexts.
Evaluation Metrics: Develop metrics to assess generated content's quality and educational value, continually refining models based on these metrics.
Deployment: Work with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into the LMS platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, content creators, and product managers, to develop AI solutions that meet educational objectives.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of research, experiments, and methodologies for internal knowledge sharing and stakeholder communication.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, particularly those relevant to e-learning and content generation.
Qualifications as an AI Engineer:
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
Proficiency in Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Experience with generative modeling techniques (GANs, VAEs, etc.) in educational or content-generation contexts.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation specific to educational data.
Experience in training and optimizing neural networks on large datasets.
Familiarity with cloud computing and distributed computing is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous AI projects or publications, especially in education technology, is highly desirable.
Accountability:This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
