Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
 
·    Experience in vegetable gardening, landscaping, or agriculture graduate.
·    Strong leadership and organizational skills.
·    Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
·    Must know how to drive a motorcycle and hold a valid driver's license.
·    Knowledge of organic farming practices is an advantage.
·   Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
Roles & Responsibilities
 
1. Supervision & Leadership
·   Lead and guide the vegetable garden team in daily tasks.
·  Assign work and ensure it is completed on time and to standard.
·   Motivate and support team members for better performance.
 
2. Garden Operations
·  Plan, organize, and oversee planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and harvesting.
·   Monitor plant health and apply solutions to pests, diseases, or nutrient problems.
·  Implement crop rotation and planting schedules for continuous production.
 
3. Maintenance
·  Ensure tools, equipment, and irrigation systems are in good working order.
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the garden area.
 
4.  Record Keeping & Reporting
· Document planted crops, harvest results, and distribution.
· Submit regular progress updates and concerns to the supervisor.
 
5. Training & Development
· Teach team members proper gardening techniques and safety measures.
· Encourage eco-friendly and sustainable gardening practices.
 
6. Transportation
· Drive a motorcycle for work-related tasks such as transporting tools, supplies, areas to check, or reports when necessary. 
 
7. Safety & Compliance
· Ensure all gardening and driving activities follow safety guidelines.
· Promote safe, responsible, and sustainable work practices.
