Possesses a wide local, provincial, and international network of suppliers, and contacts for farm sales and management.
Coordinates with government agencies, local and international associations, suppliers, university research centres etc. on up-to-date farming practices, training, and farm management.
Carries out up-to-date field research.
Conducts regular training and daily updates on personal and team duties.
Ensures tagging and inventory of all farm material and assets.

Graduate of bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Management or at least 5-year experience in related field.
Passionate in agriculture with knowledge in horticultural, pest control, landscaping, safety procedures, and greenhouse operations.
Expertise in vegetable and herb crops, fruit bearing, and non-fruit bearing trees, ornamental plants, and animals.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills; clean and tidy.
