Job Description
Detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and parts
Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, electrical and electronic components, steering mechanisms and other hydraulic components
Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed
Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of equipment and ensure compliance with pollution regulations
Reassembling engines and parts after being repaired
Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance
Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Experience in repairs and maintenance of farm/agricultural equipment like tractors, combine harvesters, mowers, generators, etc.
Experience in the following brands is highly regarded; John Deere, New Holland, Kubota, Massey Fergusson, Caterpillar, Deutz-Fahr, etc.
Documents to support your visa application (passport, police clearances, employment evidences including reference letters, salary evidences such as pay slips or government contribution records, and school records)
Must have a valid Driver's License
Good English communication skills
