We are seeking for an experienced Agile Coach to help transform the ways of working of our business units so that they can become digitally fluent, customer centric and data driven.
You will build and establish key partnership with Business Units and coach, mentor, and guide them so that they can continuously deliver value and make an impact to our customers and business. You will be analysing the organization's structure, process, policies and current ways of working and help them identify the gaps and implement improvements
Understand the business they are in and how value is created within their industry to be effective and drive performance in the context of a clear business need
Mastery of Agile Practices and Ways of Working to translate it to a strategy and implementation plan in a corporate setting

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
You will be talking with the agile team every week about ways to delight our customers, we believe in continuous improvement, and we like everybody working together on it.
Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques/best practices, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure they are impact driven, aligned with the overall strategy, and work in a sustainable pace
Work with project teams to analyse current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile ways of working. Able to coach them to bring out the best in each and every one in a way that supports learning, encourages ownership and promotes desired outcomes
Able to understand the environment, listen actively, empathize with the individuals and communicate effectively to rive cultural change and best practices
Able to create an environment for the individuals to be empowered to run experiments, explore solutions and make decisions based on the learning
Lead agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field and experience as an Agile Coach
At least 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
At least 5 years of Agile experience in projects and initiatives that delivers value to the customers and business
Preferably 2+ years of experience in digital product development
Preferably has experience in Agile Transformation (at least on a Business Unit level or multiple team level)
Experience and knowledgeable in different Agile frameworks and methodologies
Experience in coaching a team adapt Agile Ways of Working in varying project/initiative size and complexity
Strong leader, mentor and coach
Excellent communicator and motivator
Strong skills in facilitation, conflict navigation, transparency, collaboration and problem solving
Agile Coaching and Scrum, Kanban, SAFe certification is a plus but not required
