JOB SUMMARY: This job entails partnering with SMT, distributors, the regulator, and other units within or outside of FWD to ensure a healthy recruitment pipeline and to give a recruits a pleasant conversion experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Recruitment Conduct or assist in Choosedate with FWD Actively look for partners or tie-ups to increase pipeline Help build a recruitment culture by suggesting and developing activities leading towards this Collaboration with other units, build a collection of best practices from the industry on recruitment program/s.
