POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Agency Recruitment Senior Associate drives the implementation of tactical and operational plans to ensure that FWD meets its manpower goals.
The jentails partnering with Sales Management Team (SMT), distributors, the regulator, and other units within or outside of FWD to ensure a healthy recruitment pipeline and to give a recruits a pleasant conversion experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A. Recruitment
Conduct or assist in 'Choosedate' activities with FWD
Actively look for partners or tie-ups to increase recruitment pipeline
Help build a recruitment culture by suggesting and developing activities leading towards recruitment
Build a collection of best practices from the industry on recruitment program/s in collaboration with other units,
B. Conversion
Screen licensing applications
Collaborate with relevant person/s or unit/s to ensure licensing requirements are complied with
Ensure regular touchpoints with leaders and SMT to refresh or cascade recruitment process or drives
C. Operations
Prepare and submit recruitment report for the assigned area/s
Maintain and ensure data integrity
Keep recruitment budget within acceptable threshold
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of Business/Financial Management, Psychology, or any related course
With services industry background
Good communication skills
Self-starter
Team player
Highly organized and methodical
Willing to travel
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Graduate of Business/Financial Management, Psychology, or any related course
Preferably with work experience in the life insurance industry
