For more information please visit fwd.com.ph. 1 www.insurance.gov.ph Statistics 2018 Based on Paid-Up Capital 2 www.insurance.gov.ph Statistics 2018 Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent Position Overview: This position is responsible to: Complete the manpower requirements of distribution sales force Improves manpower retention interventions Effective management of recruitment activities and daily operations Key Responsibilities: Recruits experienced agency leaders and develop business proposal for acquisition with set turn-around time Develops and implements new business opportunity and strategic hiring programs for potential agency leaders to support the manpower target of agency sales channel Organizes agency recruitment events and business opportunity presentations (Know Now) to potential agency leaders and planners in coordination with sales management team Develops and implements agency referral programs to increase sales force awareness through tactical campaigns and incentives Concretizes FWD Agency value proposition to target candidates (distributors and managers) and ensure this is clearly communicated across all possible platforms Coaches agency leaders and planners to recruit sales force with the capability to access its desired target market Recommends possible retention interventions to sales management team Provides guidance to sales management team in handling employee administrative issues and concerns Establishes and implements recruitment guidelines and procedures Monitors and evaluates daily recruitment activities Monitors and controls allocated budget for recruitment activities Ensures compliance to regular reports Required Skills and Experience: Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or related courses Must haveexperience working in a life insurance industry Must have at least 4 years recruitment experience in supervisory capacity Must have training experience Must have excellent communication skills With networks in life insurance industry Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette Outgoing personality Resourceful Results-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Competency-based interviewing skills Excellent platform and communication skills Must be residing in Cebu or Davao Must be willing to work for extended hours as necessary, usually during cut-off period or month end
