Enable and support agency projects through project planning, conceptualization, design, implementation, completion and handover. Includes presentation preparation and facilitating meetings and managing day to day operational aspects of assigned projects. Ensures all documents are complete and up to date and submit to stakeholders on a timely manner. Manages project timelines, budgets, resources, risks and scope effectively, and tracked accordingly. Identify, report, manage and control financial and operational risks, and ensure these are escalated for decision and provide recommendations to project stakeholder. Integrates project activities through identifying and managing resources and interdependencies to ensure projects are well coordinated. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time MINIMUM JOB REQUISITION Bachelor s Degree in any business or management related course Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management or Project support role Knowledge and awareness of project management principles and processes, ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and of high quality, stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent facilitation skills, action and result oriented, highly organized Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
