How you'll contribute Accredit reputable service providers that can provide appraisal and field investigation services. Build and manage relationships with accredited service providers to ensure productivity, service delivery, and quality of work to achieve the target. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures using the operations manual and underwriting guidelines to control risk. Proactively identify, plan, and implement initiatives to achieve or improve productivity, service delivery, and quality of work. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Banking At least 5 yrs experience relevant experience from Banking/Lending Companies/Fintech Knowledgeable in the credit process Experience in any of the following tools: Transunion Bureau Score Card: CredoLab/Trusting Social or any related tool Good in time management and can handle multiple tasks at the same time Good leadership skills Service-Oriented
