Maintain the target renewal ratio per line
Send renewal reminders to agents
Monitor unrenewed accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare quotations and proposals for agents
Provides assistance to ADMs on complex risks by serving as the link to our GI Underwriters;
Claims assistance and provide regular updates as the need arises;
Monitor success conversion ratio from proposal to issuance;
Coordination with Policy Issuance team on pending cases and ensure policy delivery to agents/customers
Monitor and collate documents pertaining to licensing of new agents for GI and Life
Extend support to other branches when the need arises or as assigned by region head
Coordinates and collaborate with other units/department for account, claims and other concerns of the agents
Attend technical and soft skills training conducted related to their function
Ensures execution of management directives
Timely submission of reports
Goal Setting Report
Quotation and Pipeline monitoring
PBR monitoring
Other reports required by the branch head and corporate team
