Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent The Agency Development Manager will work with the Head of Elite Next Gen to develop and implement the FWD PH Elite Next Generation (ENG) initiatives. He/she will work closely with the distributors in the field to ensure follow-through of the implemented ENG programs, drives and announcements.
Job Description:
Plan needed activities to support recruitment and activation in the area - via joint-field work (JFW), activity management, etc.
Responsible for building Manpower, Active Agents, Case count and Case size for Elite Next Gen Agency
Develop the channel based on the plan to achieve the company's business objectives.
Champion Recruitment, Activity Management, and Joint Field Work
Will spearhead building tactical ENG initiatives monthly to support Financial Wealth Managers (FWM) in developing agency territories.
Be able to track implementation of ENG initiatives, create production reports, analyze, and recommend activities and evaluate effectiveness of locally implemented ENG initiatives in recruitment and activation. In charge of building the business of Elite Next Gen, prioritizing the success of the FWM candidates and other Agency Development Managers (ADMs) who may eventually be part of Elite Next Gen.
Experiences Required:
At least 3 years of experience in training/business development and sales in a local life insurance industry, with actual experience in selling and recruitment in the agency business.
Technical Competencies/Skills:
Communication: Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form. He must be able to communicate and deliver the message in a concise manner regardless of the audience.
Problem Solving: Must be able to resolve complex work issues by exploring different solutions that will benefit both the business and customers.
Innovation: Does not settle with status quo and can explore different strategies on how to improve existing processes and implementation of ENG initiatives.
Must be competent enough to create training and elite agency developments programs and initiatives necessary to support territory goals
Must be willing to work in a highly collaborative team structure.
Must be a people magnet, must be a very good recruiter and must have a pleasing personality.
He must be able to penetrate the high-net-worth individuals.
