Agency Care is designed to be the one-stop shop, single point of contact, first point of resolution, helpdesk center to further strengthen the support platform. This function will cover the remaining dimensions of the elite agency experience which require focused management such as the helpdesk, appeals and exceptions, agency conflicts, promotion and validation, demotion and off-boarding, and compliance first line of defense.
The Agency Care Associate's main function will be focused on checking and validating the list provided by Legal and Compliance team via Dow Jones Website.
The staff will manage and monitor volumes of items within SLA.
Accurate and Timely submission of report to Legal and Compliance on a monthly basis.
Effectively identify potential hit or false hit on Dow Jones.
This job will provide strengthened support & flexibility within the team to accommodate other ad hoc matters that the department may need.
Manage the end-to-end processing of active agents in validating due diligence and evaluate if there is a specific money laundering and terrorist financing risk their networks may pose.
List of active agents provided by Legal and Compliance team.
Proper encoding depending to the Dow Jones results.
Endorse and submit the validated list of names on the monthly basis to Legal and Compliance team for their review.
Coordinate with licensing and SMT for possible movement and/or terminations.
Dedicated POC for any related name screening items
Ensures cohesive and monitor the list and submits on time. Close coordination with L&C Department. Notify agents & SMTs on possible terminations due to any findings. Resolution of other name screening related concerns.
Experience:
Preferred with bachelor's degree from Business/Office Administration, Management, or related courses with curriculum focused on process, logics,
No required certification
Fresh graduate
Has work experience in office administration
Experience in life insurance is a plus but not a must
