Job Description
To lead the After Sales Service team
To deliver a profitable after sales service by exploring all possible revenue streams in the market.
To manage all After Sales Service KPIs to achieve maximum efficiency.
To ensure excellent customer service across all the service center at all times
To work with the parts department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use.
To monitor the team to ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a Mechanical Engineering or B.S. Automotive Course Graduate
Minimum of 7-10 years with a proven and successful track record
Strong capability to professionally guide and motivate the entire service team.
Effective planning and efficient execution are key to the
Proficient in managing and leading teams
Preferably from Automotive Industry
Willing to be assigned with in Central Visayas Area
