The role
To support the BLM with the implementation of the sales strategies in achieving the sales objectives / target and exceed customer satisfaction:
To guide the team to achieve the results as per agreed base on Divisional CTS target.
To further develop the team supporting our ambition of continuous, sustainable profitable growth of the CTS Division with focus on the 1:1 growth and Service Ladder.
Ensure the use of CRM tools provided to the Sales team for better territory and customer management and transparency reporting.
Identify competency gaps and training plan for the Sales team to ensure development of personnel.
Support, safeguard integrity of operations adhering to the group's Business Code of Practice.

What we expect from you
Engineering educational background or qualification
Strong management techniques and communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using CRM platforms with desire to learn new systems
Native speaker of Filipino language and very good verbal and written English
