You will maximize the sustainable growth of our service business by promoting our service
products to new and existing customers. An important face of the brand to our customers, you
will develop and maintain good customer relationships within the area and ensure we provide an excellent standard of aftermarket service. * You will determine your own schedule, making frequent visits to existing and potential customers and liaising with our in-house support teams. You will help identify potential new areas of business with support from our telemarketing team and ensure we provide good aftersales service to
existing customers with the help of the service aftermarket team. * Your customer visit reports, market analysis and timely, accurate market information will support management's development of business strategy.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of ad-hoc project work, including development of
new products and services, and the related marketing campaigns. You will also liaise with
colleagues from other divisions to maximize our customer relationships and business outcomes wherever possible. * Ultimately, you will ensure we understand our customers' needs and that we provide the
equipment and services to support those needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or experienced technician
Sound technical understanding and interest in new products/technical developments
A clear understanding of optimized territory management
Strong sales techniques and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written English would be an advantage
