Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone calls and email
- Monitor voicemail messages, and return calls as required
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Complete online training modules
- Ensure daily tasks are completed on time
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience in a Retail Environment preferred
- Experience with Zendesk is highly preferred
