Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for:
1. Ensuring efficient and profitable operations of the department by establishing and agreeing with the dealership management and meeting the targets that cover the Aftersales Department's operating policies and standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.
2. Controlling and managing the resources at a level that commensurate to profit requirements and enhanced customer relations.
3. Maximizing the departmental profitability through the sales of parts and labor associated products and non-franchise customers.
4. Acting as the contact person for all customers' concerns and ensures timely resolution of all concerns.
5. Ensuring the implementations of CRM strategies from Distributor by closely coordinating with the CRM Manager of UAAGI.
6. Creating and formulating programs to improve customer retention.
7. Ensuring continuous improvement on customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages Customer-dealership communication. Serves as the Face of the dealership to clients and customers
2. Closely monitors and resolve Customer Issues.
3. Timely prompts and successfully responses to customer and client issues.
4. Attends to DTI mediations/hearings.
5. Ensures religious implementations of UAAGI Customer Care Strategies
6. Consistently implements customer care strategies on a continual basis to ensure that all customers are getting the attention and service that they deserve.
7. Closely collaborates with UAAGI CRM Manager to Ensure Customer Satisfaction
8. Shares input on product development, sales, marketing, and distribution based on conversations with existing customers. Uses feedback, surveys, and other tools, to develop an understanding of what customers are looking for and present programs/suggestions to the departments to improve products or services, expand distribution, or create more effective programs/campaigns.
9. Proposes and develops programs that will help increase product marketing visibility, in coordination with UAAGI Marketing team.
10. Ensures consistent implementations of all marketing programs directed by UAAGI Marketing team.
11. Processes all documentations needed for the EC Mobile. Timely submits reports to UAAGI Customer Service Division.
12. Responds to email communications timely and give regular updates/reports of customer's concerns to UAAGI CSD team.
13. Performs other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
