Position Overview
The Affiliate Links Coordinator, internally known as the Fit Links Associate will be part of our Fit Links Data team and have a chance to develop in a dynamic and professional environment working remotely from the Philippines. You will be in charge of creating affiliate and custom links via proprietary software, generating reports, analyzing data, and other tasks for a large portfolio of B2B websites. This person will be reporting directly to our Data Team Fit Linking Manager. You may do well in this role if you have past experience as a Data Entry Coordinator, Affiliate Marketer, or any position where you accurately input large amounts of data.

Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PHT
What you'll do
Analyze and manipulate data with precision
Master our proprietary software
Pull reports from FitPixel (Proprietary Software)
Expertly navigate within WordPress
Use several project management systems (Monday.com, etc.)
Engage in 2-6 meetings per week during U.S. hours to foster collaboration and progress
Who you are
Experience with Google Sheets, and Wordpress
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity working with data
You have complete command of the English language (spoken and written) and pay close attention to grammar and spelling
You have previous research experience and can share samples of your work
You have demonstrated meticulous attention to detail
Ability to communicate and work with P.H. and U.S. based team
Must be able to work well with others and sensitive with deadlines
Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection (at least 20Mbps)
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
