What You'll Do
Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.
Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1+ year in affiliate marketing
Tools: Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.
Client Management: Experience working with multiple clients or brands is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: You should be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time.
Schedule: Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
