Responsibilities Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Cash Disbursement, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll Management and Period End closing). Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources or related courses Relevant experience and extensive knowledge of business process improvement and change management. Has good risk management mindset and is client-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
