Job Description
Accountabilities
Performs operational support tasks such as evaluating incoming procurement requests for assignment to the rest of the Indirect Procurement Sourcing Team.
Works closely with the R&M (Repair and Maintenance) section of Indirect Procurement to identify hardware and software agreements that will require tracking for potential renewals.
Develops and performs reporting to export data to track IT vendor labor rates.
Extracts data from procurement systems and performs weekly summary reporting of all sourcing activities and status of procurement requests.
Responsible for monthly IT indirect spend reporting, analyzing data and summarizing results for leadership.
Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups within assigned categories.
Negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with various suppliers, working closely with legal.
Performs audits of policy and procedure conformance and develops summary reports on a monthly basis for submission to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but can be offset through experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in global procurement including strategic sourcing (indirect or direct), category management, supplier management and negotiation experience, required.
Effective communication in English and presentation skills. Ability to successfully communicate with all levels of the organization, as well as with external supplier partners.
Demonstrates a strong financial acumen.
Experience using Alteryx and Tableau. Knowledge of enterprise software like SAP and SAP Ariba, required.
Strong project and process management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Well versed in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools.
Willing to work US hours.
Willing to work on hybrid set up.
