TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop potential customers and promote advertising resources;According to the company's advertising schedule, formulate an investment promotion plan 3 months in advance to achieve the investment promotion target;
Complete the negotiation and signing of advertising contracts and other related work;
Be familiar with the application process and requirements for ASC, DHSuD and other advertising-related licenses; cooperate with and guide customers to complete advertising design and installation, and related license applications according to customer needs.
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers.
Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.
Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.
Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes.
Preparing sample advertisements for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Have abundant merchant resources in Cebu:
2. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in advertising or sales;
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Have experience in customer relationship management.
5. Proficient in operating office and other related management software;
Bachelor's or associate's degree in advertising, communications, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as an advertising sales representative.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Tech savvy and critical thinker.
Related sales experience (if preferred by client/employer)
