JOB DESCRIPTION
A production manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the manufacturing or production process in a company. The job description of a production manager may include the following:
Planning and scheduling: The production manager is responsible for creating production schedules, determining the resources required, and ensuring that production is completed on time and within budget.
Quality control: The production manager must ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and cost control: The production manager is responsible for managing the budget for production and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Managing production staff: The production manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising production workers. They may also be responsible for scheduling shifts, assigning work, and conducting performance evaluations.
Maintaining equipment: The production manager must ensure that all production equipment is maintained and repaired as needed to prevent downtime and ensure the safety of workers.
Monitoring production performance: The production manager must track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in the production process.

JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in communication, multimedia design, advertising, marketing or relevant field. 
A minimum of 2 years experience in in similar role with exposure to online content/above the line TVC production and live streaming.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Able to think and plan ahead. 
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
Proven project management and coordination skills
