The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in building impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results across multiple platforms.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Write effective direct-response ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.Oversee ongoing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.Edit and produce engaging video ads, graphics, and visual assets for paid and organic platforms.Apply creative strategies-brainstorm hooks, offers, and unique angles to boost campaign performance.Maintain organized content libraries, prepare content calendars, and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines.Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify and WooCommerce) including store updates, product pages, and landing pages.Apply UI/UX principles to create and implement website wireframes, layouts, and designs.Lead branding initiatives and develop digital assets to support growth strategies.QualificationsProven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in e-commerce.Strong background in campaign management across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.Demonstrated ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy.Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and creative content production.Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.Benefits
