Job Description As a Platform Owner your main responsibilities will involve working closely with stakeholders within the technical community as well as with the regional AEM product owner to: Gather, analyse and interpret information, requirements & datapoints to understand business processes, pain points, business needs and customer experience to deliver Adobe Experience Cloud based technical solutions that leverage the most out of the Adobe Experience Cloud platform Produce Technical Design in conjunction with the Development team, encompassing both functional and non-functional requirements Lead key technical design decisions, including detailed description of each option, pros and cons of each solution and recommendations. Communicate this vision to the team and ensuring the developed solution matches this architecture design Develop a phased implementation roadmap of the solution architecture supporting business priorities and budget as required Break the solution down into manageable work packages that can be used to drive a backlog in JIRA, project plan and roadmap Ensure appropriate standards and non-functional requirements are implemented correctly. Carrying out reviews and spot-checks on a regular basis as required; Remove Technical Impediments, suggesting alternative strategies where appropriate; Provide oversight to estimates; challenging estimates to validate that they are neither overly-optimistic or pessimistic; Identify process inefficiencies and working with Scrum teams and Project Managers on improvements; Highlight inconsistent development practices and working to drive consistency in approach; Ensure Design and other supporting documentation is kept up to date as the product evolves; Provide a support feedback loop so that technical debt remediation, functional and technical improvements are identified and can be included in the product backlog; Identify the required level of skills and experience to deliver the technical solution and work with the relevant resourcing functions to ensure this is in place; Own delivery output quality metrics like (code quality, code review efficiency, defect prevention process,etc ). In parallel, this role will act as a key contact point for the AEM regional PO and have Line Management responsibility of the Development (Adobe Experience Cloud engineers) Team; Key Skill Set 5 + Years Enterprise level Adobe Experience Cloud Architecture experience Lead technical and business requirements gathering sessions Identify and recommend Adobe Experience Cloud based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for the clients future scale. Strong Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Campaigns, and Audience Manager Deep experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure. Experience Mentoring and leading a team Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies as related to Adobe Experience Cloud products Documenting and reviewing both high and detailed-level technical and functional requirements. Translate non-functional requirements into solution designs. Design the overall enterprise architecture in line with the clients future scale. Adobe Experience Cloud certifications desired.
