JOB ROLE:
Plans, organizes, manages and controls the development and implementation of admixtures technologies, products and solutions. This notably includes the adequate sourcing of key raw materials and the interaction with internal and external key stakeholders.
Decides the product and technology development strategy.
Validates new suppliers and raw materials.
Organizes raw materials testing programs (for performance benchmarking, cost reduction etc.).
Collaborates with corporate and peers from other countries (e.g. technology, sourcing, commercial etc.)
Manages team of formulators and technicians
Manages support to core businesses and 3rd party customers, in the local market and exports, if applicable.
Oversees new product industrialization (technology constraints related to production requirements, scaling-up, logistics etc.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor with 5 Years & Up specialized experience in Engineering, Industrial Production processes (cement, concrete, vibro)
Required Skills: Customer-service, Production and construction processes, Investigation and development, Construction materials, Normativity and Audit
Critical Competences: Customer-focus, Results-focus, Decision making, Negotiation, Troubleshooting, Conflict Management
Strong English language skills
