-Collecting and addressing all enrollment inquiries from different platforms
-Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls, giving information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals/offices
-Releasing/Disseminating outgoing documents and memorandum from his office
-Performing other duties not specified above that can be assigned periodically but is within the scope of his office designations effective and continual operation.
