DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Sales
REPORTING TO: Admissions Manager
SUMMARY
The Admissions Advisor will provide the best customer support to your assigned applicants, assist them throughout the enrollment process and achieve the enrollment targets set. The role entails mastering the admissions process and use of the enrollment systems. The Admissions Advisor is expected to also lend support to the Learning Hub staff when requested.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the achievement of the School's enrollment target by achieving your assigned enrollment targets
Manage leads and applicants from various channels and monitor their progress to enrollment using enrollment platforms and tools
Master the online and offline processes to provide leads a smooth journey to enrollment
Provide excellent customer assistance and resolutions for an easy application and enrollment process
Work with internal support groups who can provide answers to customer queries
Communicate with leads and applicants who have not progressed in their application and aid assistance
Knowledgeable of all Marketing efforts related to USPs and programs to ensure official information is provided to the customers
Knowledgeable on customer service platforms
Report to the Ayala Malls Cloverleaf Learning Hub, when requested, to assist interested parents and students with the enrollment process.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Filipino citizen;
Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, management, communication, education, or social sciences
With at least Three (3) years of related working experience in admissions, customer care, and/or business processing
Good planning, organization, problem-solving, management by metric skills, and service orientation.
Effective leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer care talent.
Good moral character.

Relationship management with process keepers and managers
