Job Description
Performs receiving activity of all material delivery and shipments, unpack and report to concerned personnel
Performs necessary ERP/Axapta transactions per procedure
Compiles information on receipts or withdrawal of materials and supplies.
Monitor and maintains current inventory level of all materials (direct, indirect, supplies)
Performs material kitting/counting of required materials and supplies per production requirement and request.
Performs equivalent ERP/Axapta transactions to ensure actual inventory tallies with what's on the system
Conducts regular cycle counting to maintain integrity of inventory counts
Prepares and issue any additional materials based on production requirements
Prepares materials for returned to Vendor or Business unit (BU) and properly coordinate requirements to Shipping
Coordinate with QC-Incoming for any concerns related to receipt/quality of materials
Follow procedure at all times.
Submits needed inventory reports as may be requested by Supervisor/Manager
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
At least College level
Experience in the same job responsibility/function for at least 2-3 yrs
Must have a working exprience in Stores/Warehouse at Semiconductor Industry
Willing to work in Cabuyao Laguna
