Job Description
General Duties
The Tenancy Services supervisor will be in-charge in supervising day-to-day operation of cleaning personnel under Corporate Administration Tenancy Services. S/he is in-charge of coordinating with Prime Key-PD of daily schedule confirmation of tenant request.
Detailed Duties
1. Confirms and monitor daily cleaning schedule request from Prime Key and provide daily work order to cleaning personnel.
2. Coordinate with Tenancy Technical supervisor regarding assistance needed by multi-skilled technician (MST) regarding aircon cleaning.
3. Secure approved work permit and proof of payment from Prime Key before proceeding any work order.
4. Secure respective gate pass of cleaning equipment.
5. Prepare and monitor cleaning supplies and maintain appropriate inventory.
6. Process transportation reimbursement of cleaning personnel.
7. Prepare weekly/ monthly report
8. Attend and coordinate issued and concerns of cleaning personnel.
9. Monitor the before and after work completion report of cleaning personnel.

Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent in communication skills (oral and written), excellent interpersonal coordination and scheduling skills, detail-oriented, organized.
Education
Graduate of 4-year course Business Administration, Accounting or any business-related course.
Experience
Preferably with at least 2 years work-related experience in the same field.
Responsibility
Will supervise the quality of cleaning and housekeeping services provided to Prime Key UO's. This position will also handle the scheduling and cleaning service requests as well as the supervision of agency housekeeping personnel..
