Description
* Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
* Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
* Arrange documents for signing/authentication
* Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
* Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
* Ordering and taking stock of office supplies & maintenance
* Maintain good relationship and communication with suppliers/vendors
* Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
* Prepare bank deposits and withdrawals, aware of basic bank transactions
* Claim Payroll ATM of new hired employees
* Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database/tracking.
* Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
* Knowledge in writing Invoices/OR, vouchers and cheques
* Check Collection in the bank
* Handles Petty Cash
* Calls SSS for notification follow up and concerns.
* Processing of Clearances to SSS, PHIC and PAG-IBIG
* AC Cleaning Schedule (availability of the cleaning company - schedule will be handed by the Services staff)
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Make payments to select vendors, either through bank or physical office, such as but not limited to globe, innove, pldt and sky. Submit or email receipt or deposit slip.
* Maintain, disburse and replenish Emergency Fund
* Works well with people
* Trustworthy and honest
